Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy
* Customer can request order cancellation within 12 Hours of time by Our customer care WhatsApp number (+91 9488710430) or Email ID srikrishnasilks,gdp@gmail.com
* Orders can’t be canceled If its dispatched already.
* If you cancel your order, the 2% of charge will be deducted from the total amount paid in the order when refunding.
* Tanu Boutique has full rights to cancel & refund money of any orders without customer approval due to incorrect information in order, or such issues beyond our control, like courier delay, manufacturing delay etc…
* In case the ordered product is out of stock, then refund will be processed within 7 days via UPI ID based or Through Bank Account.
Return Policy
* Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.
* If you think, you have received the Wrong Saree or Damage Saree,
Kindly send email to (srikrishnasilks,gdp@gmail.com) with (Parcel Opening video without any Cut or Edit)
* Exchange can be done with Other Products . We will pay the Courier cost in case of returning the Damage/Wrong saree.
